On the shop vac there should be 2 places to insert the hose. One for blowing air and the other for suction.

There is a short internal hose that goes from brush head to the inspection port on rear of machine. Remove silver sole plate on bottom of brush head to get access to this hose and pull out what ever is blocking it.

Check jet nozzle hast got anything stuck in it eg grit

If your sure there definitely is no blockage in the wand or brush head clean or replace filter.

If brush won't turn freely by hand then the brush roller bearings have seized up. You will need new brush roller.

This is usually caused by blockage or dirty filter. Try removing wand and brush head then switch on if machine still pulses pull out top conical filter switch on again if it stays running it will be the filter needs a good clean or replacing. I'm taking it that the bin is empty . if machine runs ok with filter in and wand removed check brush head and wand for blockages.

If this has gradually got worse it will be the rollers on the brush head sole plate either warn away or come off so that then makes the brush head to close to floor / Carpet.

You will need a new hose for this.

Make sure the roller isn't getting jammed up by anything wrapped around it. There's a connection for the power roller head that can get fouled up, causing the circuit not to work properly. Make sure it's clean and has a solid connection. Also make sure you push down on the nozzle to ensure it's connected properly during use. There is no repair, other than replace it. Experience is an expensive lesson.

sounds to me that the tube the bag connect to is broke or as got hole in it.

Actually there is no such manual on internet
You might try looking at the manuals for other makers, just to see if the models are similar.
