That is a Dealership job. All that stuff needs fixing properly, especially the fob. Did you change the battery? I even let the dealership do that. Try flooding the lock with WD40, a really good wash out for free up and clean the pins in the lock. I have a 2005 ES330.

This is a NEW car, I have a 2005 ES330. Connect an ammeter to the battery. Pull the fuses one by one. The one where the amps drop, it the circuit where the parasitic draw is. May items draw power, like the radio and the ECM but one will show a big drop. You can also make sure the hood light and the trunk light is turning off, the vanity mirror as well. It may be a failing battery, but unlikely in a 2020. Surely it must still be under warranty!

Your going to have to try and crawl in there and get to the lock mechanism itself. If it doesn't open with the emergency release cable its going to be a pain. Obviously its jammed up somehow, to free it up without damaging anything will be a struggle. A long screwdriver with some pressure in the right spot on the lock itself while a assistant operates the release may do the trick.

I do not understand what you are asking. what are you saying it will turn over but won't crank? Are you sure the battery is OK, The alternator charges the battery and powers the electrical system but is out of the system when trying to start it.

the fluid must never be over filled as most do. if was that caused foam up of the ATF and bearings are destroyed.

Does it work pressing the button on the driver's door armrest? Check the fuse for that window. Also check continuity of the wires or the wires that go from the door to the door frame? Constant open and closing can break wires. I have a 2005 ES330. Pressing and holding the button also opens my sunroof. It is very useful in the heat of the summer.

Clean the Throttle body. It should be done at the same time as MAF cleaning.

You need the dealership with a factory scan tool computer. It will diagnose, reprogram and fix.
