I got the error message
The 200.16 jam indicates that the input sensor was covered when the printer was powered on or reset, or a cover was opened/closed.
You may also check the following:
1. The paper being used is within specification and has been loaded correctly.
2. Any previous jams have been completely removed.
3. The printing environment is within acceptable temperature and humidity ranges.
4. If the tray was overfilled or a paper jam occurred, sheets of paper may have come off the media stack.

You can unplug the printer from the wall, then leave it off for about 30 seconds then plug it back in. That should reset the printer, if not read what the message says on the screen, or you may have to navigate through the settings to see the error message.
Lexmark x340 gives load tray 1 plain letter msg
the tray that has the mystery sized paper in it ?
are you using a4 sized paper ?
look at the bottom of the tray for adjustable plastic sliders
Are the sliders set on same size as paper size you are using ?
Lexmark e250dn printer, toner light is flashing, new cartridge
Could be photoconductor at end of life.
You shoul still be able to do a printer test print (press the arrow button).
Look on the printed pagesfor Toner AND Photoconductor.
These show as OK when new or very low count, and 100% when fully used.
If the toner is showing as 100% when you've just replaced it, either the chip is faulty, the wrong one, or if the cartridge is a remanufactured one possibly nor been replaced.
WON'T PRINT
There is a Paper Menu option somewhere in the menus on the op-panel. You need to go to the Paper Type option and change the Paper Type for Tray 1 to plain paper. You can also hit the Select button when you get this message and you will print.
202 printer jammed error message appears, but could not locate
Here's an article in the Lexmark website on Error: "201 Paper Jam" or "202 Paper Jam". This will guide you on where to locate the cause of the problem. Follow the instructions. I need to reset the NVRAM
Resetting or reinitializing the network card's NVRAM will clear all TCP/IP configuration information. To have a record of this information, it is recommended that you print a network settings page prior to performing the reset procedure. Press to print both printer and network settings pages.
- Turn the printer off.
- Press the left front cover release button and pull the front door down.
- Press and hold while powering the printer On.
- Release when the LED is illuminated. NOTE: Be patient as the LEDs will light up in multiple patterns before finally stopping at
- Close the front cover. NOTE: Observe that the , , and LEDs will be illuminated at the same time. This is known as the Home position.
OPTION: Have the customer hold down to print a "Printer Diagnostics" menu page.
- Slowly press the button until the , , and LEDs are illuminated. NOTE: Normally, this will require you to press the button 11 to 13 times, depending on the options and features installed.
- Press and hold until all LEDs flash or strobe from left to right, then release the button. Wait until this process stops with a pattern of three LEDs that should resemble the Step 6 pattern.
- Press and hold until the light pattern returns to the pattern of four LEDs in Step 5 or theHome position.
- Turn the printer Off.
- Turn the printer On.
NOTE: If on a DHCP network, wait 30 seconds to see if the DHCP server/router sends out an IP address to the device. A settings page will automatically print if this is successful. A longer wait may be required on other networks.
- Press to print the settings pages and observe that all the TCP/IP settings have been reset.
- Reconfigure the device using DHCP, Auto IP (zero configuration) or the IP Setup Utility.

Pull back the fuser cover ( black upper area) and look for the jam beneath the black roller with paper sticking up - to pull it out
The printer toner light is
After installing a new cartridge and the blinking light is on Toner Low, it means that the photoconductor is almost full and should be replaced soon. Press and release the Continue button (green button) to clear the light sequence and continue processing the print job. If the light is still blinking, replace the photoconductor kit.

T644 Default Paper Source Problem
On the left side, near the pichup roller, of the tray there should be a "flag" hanging down in the elips hole. See if it is hanging down or stuck in the "up"position.If so pul it down and the machine should work fine again.
