How do i download music ?
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to
your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable.
For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to
mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then
copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to
the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will
create a MP3 music file for each music track.

You can do the repair yourself. It would take some 30 minutes.
Dismantle the device by removing the four screws below.
Next you have to take out the board on which the keys sit. Use a piece of paper and gently rub the surface of the PCB (the silver lines).
Next take a slightly damp tissue paper and clean the bottom of the keys and the rubber pad (it has black 'dots' which close the contacts when you press a key). Clean these 'dots' gently.
Take care not to break a wire, if you do, just re-solder it back carefully.
This will solve your problem.
Post back if you need more help before rating this solution.
