you can use puk code only for sim card not for any mob call custemer care using the same sim company and ask them for puk code they will surely give you your puk code to unlock sim

You have a loose connection someplace. try playing with it while driving. I.e. push down on it, push side to side. When it stays on in one position you are holding it in, notice where you are applying the most pressure, check that area for a loose connection.

The light uses very little power and would take ages to lower battery voltage . check if a light is on in the boot or glove box .

If you had just had your Transmission serviced, then you need a scanner to have the vehicle LEARN all over again....
