It seems that i can't put anything on my Echo ZE.

Hello,
b> b>I think it could be due to virus activity. Some virusmake the contents of the drive hidden, that's why user can't see the files and the space available for use is less than thecapacity and also can not open the drive. It issuggested that go to FOLDER OPTIONS - and select SHOW HIDDEN FILES. It may showthe hidden files. If can not show ,hidden file (tools >folder option>view> check on show hidden file>check off hide protected and checkoff hide extension) now can see all hidden file in c drive. If not think...... For ensure again run>type> msconfig > hit can not open ms config if virus effected run >type> regedit>hit>can not open registry if virus effected run >type >gpedit.msc>hit can not open group edit policy if virus effected Otherwise, ifyou don't have any vital data on the drive, just format it in another pc.Pleasenote, before insert the Pen drive .Go to run command from start menu OR Press Win key+R and type gpedit.msc and hit>Usser configuration >system>turn off auto play >enable>use down arrow key select all drive >apply >ok. Control panel>administrative tools > service>select any word in right side and presss for select Shell Hardware Detection> d -click >use down arrow key>disable >start. And now can insert pen drive and format. Hope this wouldfix the issue and . Youshould fully scan by f-secure bootable cd or any another antivirus bootable cd.Just insert the disk and restart. Follow bellow the download link. http://www.askvg.com/download-free-bootable-rescue-cds-from-kaspersky-bitdefender-avira-f-secure-and-others/ you wouldbe able to enjoy the full capacity of the disk. Try to be sure follow these youshould delete partition and create new partition and format your all drive. Now install fresh O.S.Hope it will help you.

I have inserted the lexar card reader into the USB

Go into "My Computer" and locate the card reader drive icon. If it's not there then you need to load its' driver. If it is there, merely double click on it to open the files contained in the card.

The computer see the Lexar as a external storage device.
Just click on My Computer and you will see the Lexar as a E drive or some other drive letter. Double click on this to open the drive. You can create folders on this drive and copy and paste files to this drive or to the folders just like copying and deleting files on the C drive.

Saving a web page into a lexar jump drive.

To save a web page in Internet Explorer, go to that page and click File, then "Save As." In the box that pops up, use the My Computer link on the left to navigate to where your jump drive is, or click the down arrow next to the current folder at the top of the box. Once you've gotten to your jump drive and selected it, click the drop down box next to "Save as type" at the bottom of the box and choose "Webpage, complete." Then click Save.

To save a web page in Firefox, go to the page you want to save, and under the File menu, choose "Save Page As." When the dialog box comes up, click My Computer on the left, or click the arrow at the top next to the current folder, and navigate to your jump drive. "Web page, complete" should be the default selection for "Save as type" -- if it's not, select it from the drop down box. Then click Save.

Web pages typically save as many files within a folder, so if you accidentally delete or move any of those files, reloading the web page might not work.

I formated my system with the flash drive in it

the problem is the Operating System is trying to assign the flash drive a drive-letter that is already assigned. For example it is trying to assign the drive-letter "D" which is already your cd drive. If you right click on the "My Computer" icon and select "Manage" then select "Disk Managment" you can change the assigned drive letter of the flash drive to a un used drive letter. Once you do this the Operating System should be able to see and use the flash drive.
