Have you just changed ur battery? If not i would suggest replacing the battery, in the mintime switch off the pc remove from power supply remove the battery. Connect to power again and try switching on without the battery. If it works fine, switch off and put back the battery and try switching on again if it happens again u need to find another battery. ok, first, why the hell did you put a bios password in. Nevermind, you really only have one option here, there is a battery used to keep the bios up, this must be shorted or disconnected momentarily to clear all bios settings. This not for the faint of heart and best to be left up to a experienced laptop repair technician. But if you like challenges you can google this: OPEN ME UP! Lenovo G50-70, G50-70M and Z50-70 Disassembly and watch a good video on how to take this laptop apart to get to the battery. had to dig deep to find this answer. lenovo has no service manual in the USA support site but I see others do have it, in other countries. i found 95 page with parts list and no coin cell mentioned no COIN cell listed PERIOD. so i try to buy your mobo and low and behold it is soldered down (sucks no?) but would not stop me.... seen here lower right side, clear as day. My wild guess, keyboard out you see left side, "Q:" key side. I think rear is bottom here. see? jacks are right on PC.
