I have change processor then ibn bios processor detail are not shown?
IF YOUR BIOS CAN'T RECOGNIZE A NEW PROCESSOR AND STIL INDICATES YOU HAVE THE OLDONE, BUT YOUR COMPUTER WORKS FINE, YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS: 1.Live with it. No harm should be done. Actually there is a faster procesor in your computer and it works. 2, Update your BIOS. You should find the proper BIOS update for your computer. If any error happens while updating your BIOS, you may "brick" your computer.. It will be converted to a nice decoration piece and conversaton object.Ahhh.. just another possibility. sounds incredible, maybe you'll say that it's not possible, but maybe you made a mistake and used the old processor or you installed a similar processor to the one you had before?

I want to Install Linux Mint on ThinkCentre M55p Series Type 8811
If it Has Windows 8 or 8.1 you might need a new Hard Drive to do this. Windows 8 and 8.1 are encrypted so you can't use Linux of any type. If it has Windows XP try Linux Mint 13 "Maya", the replacement for win xp, If Windows 7 64 bit: Try Linux Mint 17.1 *Rebecca"

I am having a Problem with my video card not letting me run an addition monitor off the vga output on the motherboard. I know it works because I can go to the bios and change it and it works but they
When using a PCI or PCI-E graphics card, it will disable your standard VGA output port because the up-dated graphics card and your factory VGA port require different display drivers. Usually, the drivers are conflicting and will make your system unstable and cause it to crash. In short, you can't use both at the same time. I have a Radeon HD 5450 graphics card installed on my PC and it too has disabled my standard VGA port. If you are trying to use more than one monitor, you have to install a graphics card that supports a multiple display output. The graphics card will either have 2 VGA ports, 2 DVI-D ports or 2 HDMI ports or even any combination of the 3. My card, for example, has 1 VGA, 1 DVI-D & 1 HDMI. I can run up to 3 monitors at a time via my graphics card, but I cannot run a 4th monitor from my factory VGA port. My graphics card uses ATI/AMD drivers while my VGA port requires the use of Nvidia drivers.
I hope that you find this useful.

I want bios update my IBM Lenovo 7298 pc
Hi
If you go to the page below there are many options for installing a BIOS update.
Desktops and all in ones ThinkCentre Series desktops ThinkCentre M58e...
There are also various utilities to help you upgrade the BIOS, including one for upgrading from within Windows. You should make sure that you have a full backup of your data and programmes before you start. Please make sure that the version here is an upgrade compared with your current version and that you read the instructions very carefully and are comfortable with them as incorrectly upgrading, or interrupting the upgrade can lead to your machine refusing to boot at all from anything. Please be careful.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers
