Turn off power saving mode
To turn off the power save mode, from the 'start menu' type "Power Options" in the search box and press enter. This will bring up the "select a power plan" menu. From here, select "High Performance". The sleep functions should be turned of by default, but you can select the "change plan settings" link and make sure both entries for "put your computer to sleep" are set to "never" in the drop down list and if you change it select "save changes" and you can exit.

VIRUS : ScreenJacker more likely .Plug into another monitor using a VGA to VGA cable , boot up and try to run MALWAREBYTES before the virus kills the keyboard and mouse too .Good luck......................P.s. Try RKill too , if you can find it .
