If it's as old as ours the holes the hinge pins locate in have enlarged over time. This makes them sloppy. If you lift the door, is there a lot of up n down movement. I have the same problem. I think there is a plate with threaded holes behind the panel that the screws screw into, and this plate falls when you remove all 3 screws. But I cannot see any way of getting behind the panel to retrieve this plate. Help!
