My Connecting cord was cut and thrown away...NEED HELP!!

Yes the red could be for power. Yellow for video and orange could be remote/ accessories power. Ground is usually the cover. If there is a way you will screw the screen to the car body, it should work.

I have 2 solo baric l7 duel 4ohm subs and a legacy la-2499 amp. What is the best way to wire it up?

Unfortunately, the amp is only 2 ohm stable, so the best option is to connect each subs voice coils in parallel (2 ohms) and connect the subs in series (4 ohms).

Can legacy bios ever boot gpt efi, say with a linux efi emulation.

Ok so when it's trying to boot in legacy mode it will see the hard disk as unformatted. Therefore it won't boot Windows 8 or 10. You need to get the bios back into booting uefi.
Resetting the bios should do that anyway, but there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get into the bios to make that change. Try doing this with the hard disk unplugged so you don't risk trashing it.
