My new leap pad 2 wont turn on?

just connect it on the Leapfrog application then that would be it tune msg. will just disappear!

I'm having the same problem. It worked fine and today the lights flashed but the sound stopped working, I even changed the batteries.

Resetting your leappad ultra isa breeze. First thing you need to do is to download and install Leapfrog connect. If it doesn`t download, there`s an offline download option available. After installing it, connect your leappad ultra with the usb cable to the pc. power it on. it should get connected. If it doesn`t maybe your anti virus software is blocking it. If this happens, go to your antivirus software settings and under firewall rules, select allow for leapfrog connect .exe. Then it should detect your leappad ultra. Go to left hand top corner , select My Products. Then select your leappad ultra. Then goto Settings on the right top corner and in the pop up, select Reset. Take it to an electronics reapir shop and ask to have the connection re-soldered.

Auto renewal for what? Assuming it's for an antivirus program, write a letter, yes, a letter, to the supplier of the antivirus program cancelling yuor subscription, and send it recorded delivery. Drop a copy of the letter to your bank. If you get charged subsequently, you then have recourse against your bank: there is no need to bother the antivirus company. The bank will do that for you :)

maybe damaged pin connectors or corroded loose . almost works but not getting proper feed.

Just ask the person who did setup the code. You could try a reset to factory settings, but then all data, (Apps, notes settings just everything) will be wiped. You have to setup the tablet from scratch.
