Leadtek GT520 graphics card barely spinning or not spinning at all. Cleaned out and diagnosed but working properly. Please help!
due to the position of the turbines is that they get stuck because the entire weight of the blades is on one side only. The ideal is to add a turbine of good quality that even if it does not have the dimensions of the original, fulfill the purpose. An example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlWzMA9RcP0
