How do I download music onto my MP4 player please?

You should have received a data/charging cable with it.
Plug it in to a USB port on your computer.
The computer should recognize it as an external data device like a thumb drive, and you can copy music to it.

The computer may need a driver to tell it what it's looking at, and if one is required it is usually provided on a CD that came with the player.

What do you do if your Mp4 is frozen? Need help.

If it has a small hole marked "Reset", gently press the end of a paperclip on there .
This does not fix why it locked up, my player kept doing it after it was rained on until I opened up the case and left it in a warm, dry place for a week or so.

Battery plays for 20 secs

If the battery is ok, and it's always 20 seconds you may have the play mode somehow set on intro, possibly by bumping the buttons accidentally.
Or at least that's what i assume happened when i had a similar problem.

10.00.00 supply memory error

Memory Supply Error 10.00.00 The printer is unable to read or write to the print

cartridge e-label, or the e-label is not on the cartridge.

Basically what is happening is the printer cannot read the small chip on the toner cartridge. The chip is located on the front right of the toner cartridge as it is inserted into the printer. 1 - Make sure the toner is firmly seated into the printer. 2 - Power cycle the printer with the toner out of the printer. Install the toner back into the printer. 3 - Install another toner cartridge. 3 - Verify that the e-label connector is firmly seated in connector J510 on the ECU. You might have to remove the main cooling fan.

Contact a local HP Authorized Service Center for further assistance.

How to clean the fuser.

Hello, there is a routine built into the printer you can run from the front panel.

Select the Menu and navigate to the "Configure Device" navigate to "Print Quality" navigate to "Create Cleaning Page" The Printer will request a piece of paper to be put into the bypass tray, it will then print a page. The page will be printed with instructions on how to complete the process. I would sugguest running this this at least 2 times and then every time the toner is change. A routine of running this cleaning page should help prolong the life of the fuser, I hope this helps and answers your question.....Cheers!!

Printer is printing the black color as light grey.

When you print something from a website and the print box comes up, click on preferences tab, and when it comes up click on color . Then click on print in grayscale and change the setting from High Quality to Black ink only, click apply at the bottom, then OK. It should print in black ink.

Can u please tell me

The MP3 player is charged using the supplied USB cable. When you connect the USB cable into the computer's USB port when the computer is switched on.
If the MP3 player still does not charge, try connecting it to a different computer. If it still does not charge then the USB cable may be faulty.
I suggest you take the MP3 player back to the supplier for a replacement. You should get them to test the MP3 charging.

When I plug my headphones into the audio output

Either your jack on the earphones is bad or the female end on the player is bad. Your not getting good continuity going to the speakers in the earphones. Try another set of earphones. You may be able to clean the jacks with alchohol and see if this clears it up. Sounds like a broken wire in the headphones to me!
