I am running windows 7

You shouldn't need drivers for this camera, just plug it in and it will open a window to the camera memory. Alternatively, remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into the card reader in your pc or printer (if they have one).
Hope this helps.

If you deleted them on a computer, check the recycle bin. Otherwise you can try a memory card recovery with the vendor of the camera but I think they charge.

Where can I purchase a new USB cable for my Largan

You can purchase replacement cables at stores like Walmart, BestBuy, etc. Just take your camera with you to get the correct size plug for your camera socket.

Deleted pictures by accident

Hello

Please download Disc Digger HERE. This is a free tool you can use that works very well and there is no installation required, just run the program once you downloaded it.

Once you have connected the memory card to the computer via either the camera or preferably with a usb card reader , run the program.

On the program , select the dig deep option for accidentaly deleted files or dig deeper for a formatted card. Then select the card you want to do the recovery on and run the program.

The data will be displayed and you can recover it from there. This will only work if the card has not been used since the pictures were lost. Save the files to a location on the computer hard drive and not back to the memory card as this will overwrite the other pictures that still needs to be recovered.

Some of the properties of the files may become lost in the recovery but the pictures should be fine.

Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.

Kind Regards
Andrea

I need the software and

Ok, well that's quite correct, however downloading and installing the drivers, first, should then enable communications between the two. Once this is done, then you could update.
So download the drivers, and install, then reboot, then and only then plug in the camera. It should be detected and install itself, then reboot, still connected, at next desktop, now, you can do whatever you wish.

I get: "There are not enough free disk space.

it wants you to delete old pictures because the memory (card or internal) is full.
you can either delete some pictures / videos or you can transfer them to the computer, and remove them from the camera.
Another option would be to buy a new (possibly bigger) memory card such as SD i believe for this camera, if you post the camera model i can tell you the exact type of card you would need.

post here if you need more help.

Mega+ 2 digital camera usb link error

Hi there,

Well first of all you can try to connect some other USB device to your computer, if the other device works fine then there must be some problem in your USB cable and you need to change them.
Else there is some problem in operating system of your computer, please follow the below steps to resolve them -
1. Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties
2. Click on the Hardware tab.
3. Click the Device Manager button.
4. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers section.
5. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
6. Restart the computer, and allow the computer to reinstall the USB controllers.
7. Plug in the removable USB storage device (your camera or something else), and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

Good Luck!!

Thanks for using FixYa!!

Program locks when I try to download camera pictures

Hello. Take the camera to any good camera shop that does repairs. Tell them that you want the pictures transferred to a disk or a speed stick. They should have the capability to do that and also repair your camera. J.

Cant get pics to computer

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive.
