Blue screen, 'An error has occured'
So, when you start up the workstation printer, it slows your workstation computer which generates a BSOD, aks blue screen of *****? If your computer works when the printer is off, your systems admin might instalI some windows updates. I think you need some Windows Security updates from Windows Updates. I You have not identified your current operating system which is experiencing the problem with the printer. That information plus your printer model might turn up an appropriate soultion at the Kyocera Documents Solutions pages. For example:

-FixYa Experts: Once you have reached a certain number of answers, then you can Edit and Delete these spam posts too, so they don't victimize unwary users. By my estimate, 4 of your fellow volunteer Experts are currently deleting 2500 spams per day, and it's not keeping up with the flood. Meanwhile FixYa staff have deleted zero of the reported spamming users. Please help us out.

KYOCERA Model : TASKalfa 3011i.
I cant scan to email any more ,below is the error;
- Open web browser and put the IP address of the printer Network Card in to the address bar.
- Click on the Basic link on the top and then the Address and Contact links on the left.
- Click on Add Contact.
- Under Name fill in the Contact name you want to show in the display.
- Under Email fill in the email address of this Contact.
- Then click on Submit at the bottom of the page. (To add more contacts repeat steps 3 to 6.)
- Click on the Network link on the right.
- Ensure the proper Default Gateway is set (ensure other information is also correct), if not enter it.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page
- Click on the Scanner link at the top of the page then the Email link on the left of the page.
- Something should be input into the Subject and the Body to help prevent spam filters from blocking the email.
- Click on Submit the bottom of the page.
