Seems like your phone's battery has been drained too much. You need to give the battery a jump start. :-) .. SOunds funny but, yea..you need to do it. But I'd suggest get a new battery.

Try pressing the *, #, or right NAV key and enter the security code, most likely all 0s or along the lines of 123456.

I had to format the card then download the music again

I had the same problem with a phone I had of the same model. I sent it in numerous times and it continued, so I got a new one, and 2 months late I had the same problem. My advice is to go with a different phone. Kyocera is not a very popular brand because of the many problems they have with their electronics. I've done lots of research on that model phone and have found very few satisfied customers. Cheaper in the long run to just get a different phone.

I guess this is a common problem huh. No worries!

First: Click on your music button and play a song as you would normally do on your phone (make sure your speaker is on during this point).

Second: Click on the speaker button so you can listen to your music through your ear piece (as your music is still playing). If you don't hear your music through your ear piece wait until you hear it. It shouldn't take more than a minute. (Your music should be playing throughout this whole process)

Follow these steps every time you come across this problem.

Internal speaker error. You need to mail it out for a new one.

Actually I have this problem, but I didn't drop my phone, my buttons still work, but sometimes every couple hours it just goes white.

You will have to have the internet on your phone and e-mail to yourself to your personall computer..I did try to do that same thing but that was the only solution I found that would work. Hope that info helped.

Your LED is probably dead. Replace it with a new LED.

You need to restart your phone by holding END,STAR,POUND. and it will reset.
