Hi !I'll have the same problem, but i solve it when i change the RESOLUTION OF THE COMPUTER of 1680x1050 on 1440x900 at 60hzTRY IT !

Have you added a bunch of speakers to the output lines? Many car stereos do NOT like lower than 4 Ohm impedance. Any time you "double up" speakers---you HALF the impedance--thereby increasing the load on thew amp in the stereo. Check to see if this is not the case. If not--make sure the power AND GROUND connections are secure. Many people do NOT take the ground connection into consideration, but if it is not good--you WILL get problems !!
