It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Help me
Try www.replacementremotes.com Their website says they have a replacement for your original remote model # KKY223 with a model # KKY223A. Call to verify availability. Other sites I have checked state that neither of these is available anymore. In addition, you may want to consider purchasing a generic or universal remote for every day usage to save the factory unit from the day-to-day abuse that all remotes suffer.
If you go shopping for a universal remote, be sure to verify that it specifies that it will work with your particular Konka model. There are a # of people writing to this site looking for remote codes because they didn't verify that the universal remote they purchased would work with their TV.
Unlock code
one konka code which I know is
press (SLEEP) button on remote handset& (MENU )BUTTON ON FRONT PANEL OF TV SIMULTANEOUSLY.
the tv receiver will enter in to service mode.
please try if it helps
good luck.
