didn't find this code, so dis you read the code correctly and is the model write. you can try troble reset. turn off printer and then on again, holding utility key down. push trouble reset, and reboot again.

Did you replace them????? The machine uses the counter to determine certain voltage assignment to those parts so if you say you reset the drum counter to Zero then machine will assume it has a new drum and assign the required voltage for a new drum since its not a new drum because all you did is reset the counter with out replacing it ,you get bad copy issues codes and issues.

Sir/Mam, You hit a serious code, noting can be done, this code requires a tech to come out and remove a chip inside the machine, which is then sent to Konica Minolta, then on to the US SECRET SERVICE since someone attempted to counter fit US currency!!!!!!!!!!!, until the US Secret Service determines what was done the machine stays inoperative , once what happen is determined tech will come out reinstall the chip reload firmware, and .NEVER EVER PLACE ANY CURRENCY ON A COPIER all the machine now a day have Bank Note chips.

Printer control board has issues. Check all connections, firmware up date if possible or BAD BOARD

Directly below the drum is the transfer and separation ration unit. which houses two very, very thin gold plated wires the one on the right is the transfer wire which transfers the image off the drum on to the paper as the paper goes over the wire while the drum place the image on the paper. the second wire is separation wire which has an AC signal on it to prevent the paper from sticking to the drum. The second wire might be broken. Have it replaced best to have booth done at the same time since unit comes out? or the spring at rear of the unit are not making good electrical contacts. Ensure power is off. as they do carry High Voltage during the normal operation.

Was the main board replaced? The NVRAM chip was not properly replaced still mite be on the original board . Was the firmware properly installed

Sir, Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad. Does it say image unit or drum????????
