Hello, I have a Konica A4. I recently tried to use it and
found that the film no longer advances.
You have a Konica T4 or an A3, they never made a A4. The camera is from the 70s. I would try the rewind button on the bottom, press it in, then try the advance lever. See if that frees it. There are mulitple levers and arms that must move in certain suscession to advance and fire an old 35mm camera. The grease gets old and the gears get out of sync. Open the back and see if the mirror is up, if it is that is a clear sign of internal mix up of gears. They are not worth it to repair, even a cleaning would cost $100. Konica is not a popular model, they can be found for sale on E-bay and on-line camera stores for dirt cheap, reminded that they are 40 years old if you buy a used one.

Konica Revio Z2
This is an ASP film camera. Film is no longer made, there is outdated film available, but there is no guarantee it is good. There are only 2 places that will process the film in the US anymore.
I would get another film camera.
I'm having a problem with my Konica Hexar RF.
It seems a common error with this film camera. There are parts, but they are replacing the entire shutter at times from the research I have found. That can be an expensive repair against the cost of a different camera. Rangefinder used to be extreamly reliable, it seems this model had production problems.
HEXAR RF - I
The Hexar RF is a very expensive film camera with an electronic shutter. Make sure the battery and contacts are clean. Remove the batteries and see if that resets the camera. If not, it is time for professional repair. This camera takes high quality Hexar lenses in a KM mount. This is not an old camera, so repair should be easy.
