What model???? Did you run the procedures in the 36 mode????

Depends on the model # so that would help if I knew what it was

It may not have the option to print that was something new back when this machine came out.

Replace the developer and the drum and clean the sensor that monitors the drum. and after developer is replaced ensure you run the required procedure in 36 mode.

Check the connector to the control panel, check the electrical connector on the back of the machine plug in well? does the start light orange? check connector on the main board and the cable on the right side of the machine rear that comes from the control panel connection correct??????

Check the following • DC power supply /2 (DCPS2) • Conveyance drive board (CDB)

Check the drum and developer counter need replacing

To reset failure codes, perform the following: 1. Enter the 25 mode (turn the machine ON, while pressing the 2 and 5 keys). 2. Select [1. software SW settings]. 3. Using the arrows on the left of the touchscreen scroll to DIP SW 3. 4. Using the middle arrows scroll to BIT 1. 5. On the touchscreen select OFF (0). 6. Power the copier OFF/ON. If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.
