Dance dance revolution arrows slightly over laping
If the arrows that are slightly on top of each other green, those are freeze arrows. You can get rid of them by turning them off in Options after selecting the mode.
If they're not green, it might be a workout step (not 100% sure). You can turn workout steps off in Options after choosing Workout Mode.
If the arrows appear slightly on top of each other despite configuring the options above, it's probably just natural in the game.
Playstation 2 cheat codes
Something like that would require decompiling the source code for the game, adding in whatever character model/animation changes you want, and recompiling and signing it. Basically, it's not possible.
