Why do I hear music coming from my MP4 player when

There is a switch inside the player headset female jack that is deactivated by headset the male jack when it is plugged in. The switch deactivates the outside speakers. In your case, the switch is not deactivated so you hear sound from both. Three things may cause the problem that you need to check.
  1. You are using a not compatible headset. Make sure headset used is compatible with the player.
  2. The headset is not properly inserted. Insert the headset firmly and make sure it sits firmly in.
  3. The switch inside the unit is defective. It may be stuck or broken. Disassemble the unit to check the switch. Insert the headset and make a visual check if it hits the said switch and deactivates it. You may need the help of a person with know-how in electronics.

How do I download music onto MP4

generally speaking for all mp3 players..

What you do is download the music onto your computer first into a specific folder, such as my music.. Then once the music is in that folder.. ( downloaded form the net, or copied from a cd)

Then you would plug the mp3 player into your computer..

Then open up the screen, "My Computer"

Then find where it shows your Mp3 player, ( should be near your cd drive )

Then copy the music you want from the folder that holds your music, copy it, and then paste it onto the mp3 player..

That should load the songs on it to where you can disconnect it, and then listen to them..

Wont power up

Probably your power supply if the fan won't work.

You might need to unscrew yours and install a new one. Hopefully you have a true blue clone instead of one of those brand names that makes it more difficult. Before you do that, make sure that your computer is not only shut off, but is also unplugged. You might not need to buy an new power supply if you can find someone who has some old computers kicking around that they don't need anymore and you have a standard clone versus brand name computer.

Mp3 plays few seconds of song.

Do you mean it plays a few seconds then skips onto the next song? If that is the case then most likely you have "Intro" play set which only plays a few seconds as a introduction then skips to the next time.

To fix this, during music playback, press the [menu] button, then there should be an option there to change it from "Intro" to "NORMAL" instead.

Hope that helps.

Konaki mp4

Not sure what you mean by "can't find a site that is compatible" though....? Your player will show up as drive in Windows Explorer when you connect it through the USB cable to your computer. Then just copy the files onto your player to that drive from Windows Explorer. Hope that helps.

My mp4 charger stopped working and now my mp4 is

You should be able to charge it through the USB Cable connected to your player and computer as well. Otherwise there are some really cheap chargers on eBay you can get as well.

Let me know if you want the link to eBay for the chargers but the majority of the chargers connect to the USB port of your player.

Hope that helps.
