K-4711 BIDET SEAT NO LONGER
well firt thing I would do is check the wate supply make sure you have that to the fixtures. Now the next thing I look at is the valve that is opend and closed by power. It sounds like a wire and power thing more than anything else.
best of luck and be safe around power.

1. low voltage multi speed
It is best to use a SWITCH CLEANING oil on the switch cluster as it can get dirty and so action can be limited. Remove the wiring to to the unit and use the degreasing spray( WD40) on the mechanical linkages, the post and the movements. spray and use a brush to wash off while pushing the switch . It will get free after few times of switching , once the switch motion is free , you can use some switch cleaning oil on the contacts. finally clean off all excess oil and dry before the connections are given back.

I would check to see if you in fact have power going to the pump itself,, you might just have a bad water pump or a bad switch. use a volt meter to trace voltage flow.

Toilet does not flush down contents.
This seems to be a case of blockage within the toilet. Check the
Flushholes under the inside-rim of the toilet. they might be partially blocked by debris or deposits. If so, a Wire-Clotheshanger will help.
If the Blockage is in the drain, a Handauger might be helpful to push
blocking objects through or retrieve.
Waterlevel in the Toilet-tank could be too low. It should be about 1"
below the top of the Drainvalve in the middle of the Tank.
Toilet does not flush strong enough to take down feces in bowl
You need to do 2 things. Take the lid off and check that the water level is up to the fill line, if it is you need to adjust the flapper. If it's not back the screw out on top until it is. Their should be a cylindrical piece of foam on the chain going to the handle. You need to pull off the retainers and move that foam closer to the flapper thus dumping more water in each flush.

all parts are replacable in any toilet, don;t know the number you have on here but am assuming it's the douglas valve the center valve that has the hose going into it,,, if this is it call kohler and they will send you the part, you may have to remofve the tank wich there are 3 bolts that hold the tank to the bowl,,,,,
Toilet Question
Yes, it will run up your bill! Sounds like the float is hanging up. Take tank lid off and flush, watch the float and if your tank fills quickly but does not stop, bend the float arm to angle the float down further, this should allow your water to stop coming in much quicker. The other possibility could be if the plug at the bottom does not seal correctly after flushing, if so, the water will leak until the plug sits down all the way.
