Hi, THe door springs are located behind the lower kick plate. Just remove the four screws that hold the panle on and you will see the springs and cables that help hold the door up.

C1 - Partially Blocked Drain - This error will occur when dishwasher was unable to pump out water in less than 95 seconds. Check drain line for debris and blockage. If clear, check for a restricted drain valve in the pump. Check the pressure sensor for correct operation as it sounds like it may be defective and thinks that the machine is still full of water after it has emptied.

The leak sensor has been activated. Between the base of the machine sump and the floor, you will find a plastic tray and if there is water in it, the sensor has activated the pump. I would say that you still have blockage in the supply line or a fitter coulnd be blocked or in the spray arms . I did google this and that was I came up with ..

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Misc. Contact Ecolab and they will fix it free of charge. I had the same fault with mine in the kitchen at the Air Canada International Lounge at Toronto Pearson. The reason it happens is the the jolt of the water starting and stopping weakens the pipe. It took the Ecolab rep 15 minutes to fix.
