I have a Kogi l4ax monitor that I am trying to

Are you able to boot in SAFE MODE? since your monitor works on one PC, but not another, it could be your screen resolution settings in the OS on the 7000 - safe mode loads only basic windows components - and you should be able to get to the desktop and reset the resolution down to a size that suits the monitor you are using. Alternately, if you are not comfortable with uninstall tools or don't want to waste a day going into safe mode all day long to fix something which may not need attention, if you have access to a spare monitor you can try it on the 7000 and see if you get the same message at normal startup - if you don't - you can lower the resolution a tad once you get to the desktop, shut down as usual, hook the I4ax back up, reboot and see if it works. Either of these suggestions will only cost you a bit of your time - zero money and should have no negative impact on your OS or any associated hardware. This is a simple DIY deal and worth a try at least.

How do I get the screen back to normal size, nothing's working

You may have changed the screen resolution in your OS. That is near the mixer control in Windows. Look for a smaller resolution size.

I have an old Kogi L9CH 19" Flat Panel LCD Monitor that pretty-much continually displays the on-sreen monitor menu for settings. I would like to take it apart to see what it could be but not sure how

It seems that you may have a faulty switch, I have included a video that covers Video Monitor Repair and generally is the same for most models. Things to keep in mind when repairing units is that components inside can have high voltage, sharp edges and corrosive content. Each model is a little different yet the component placement and purpose is pretty universal for brands and display units. Please take care when opeining and diagnosing the issues with your unit. Kogi L9ch 19 in flat monitor

(I posted the latest post.) Change the resolution. (Mine was 1024 by 768, so I changed it first to 800 by 600 and then back to 1024 by 768, and it's back to normal!)

Hope that helps.
