Kodak Easyshare Z740 turns off while trying to take pictures constantly
There are a few possible reasons why your Kodak Easyshare Z740 camera might be turning off while you are trying to take pictures:
- The battery might be low or dead. Try replacing the battery with a fully charged one to see if this fixes the issue.
- There might be a problem with the camera's power supply. Try cleaning the battery contacts and charging the battery to see if this fixes the issue.
- There might be a problem with the camera's firmware. Try updating the firmware to see if this fixes the issue.
- There might be a problem with the camera's hardware. If the camera is still under warranty, you should contact Kodak for service. If the camera is not under warranty, you may need to take it to a repair shop to have it fixed.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
My kodak verite 55 printer says it is out of paper, but it is not. It also says the printer is not recognized. Any ideas?
- Check to make sure that the paper tray is loaded correctly and that the paper is not jammed in the printer.
- Make sure that the paper guides in the tray are adjusted correctly for the size of paper you are using.
- Check to see if the printer driver is up to date. Outdated printer drivers may cause the printer to not be recognized by the computer. You can download the latest driver from the Kodak website.
- Check the USB cable that connects the printer to the computer to ensure that it is properly connected and that there is no damage to the cable.
- Restart the printer and the computer and try to print again.
- If the issue persist, run the printer troubleshooter, it might help you to identify and fix the problem.
- If none of the above solutions work, it is possible that the printer's paper sensor is malfunctioning. In this case, contact Kodak customer service for further assistance.
It's important to follow the instructions carefully and if you have any doubts or difficulties, consult the printer's user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
My Kodak Ektapro 5020 double plays every slide
Hi,
if you need to purchase a special slide, you can call Kodak directly and make the request. They can either direct you to the product on their website or one of their vendors. And for the double slide issue, I would suggest leaving a blank space between each slide as a round about solution. Otherwise, you can reference the product manual to help overcome this.
Thank you.

What size is your SDXC Card? The maximum supported it 2 Gb. It can't handle more than that and won't format.

Kodak 600H projector beeping
If your Kodak 600H projector is beeping when you turn on the lamp but stops when you turn off the lamp and leave the fan and power on, it could indicate an issue with the lamp or its connection. Here are a few possible explanations:
1. Lamp Replacement Needed: The beeping sound could be an indication that the lamp needs to be replaced. Projector lamps have a limited lifespan, and when they reach the end of their life, they may produce warning signals, such as beeping, to alert the user.
2. Lamp Connection Issue: Check the lamp's connection to ensure it is properly seated and securely connected. If the lamp is not properly connected, it may trigger an error and cause the beeping sound. Try removing the lamp and reattaching it, making sure it is correctly aligned and connected.
3. Lamp Compatibility: Ensure that you are using a compatible lamp for your Kodak 600H projector. Using an incompatible or non-genuine lamp may cause compatibility issues, triggering the beeping sound.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to consult the user manual for troubleshooting instructions specific to your projector model. Additionally, contacting Kodak customer support or reaching out to a qualified technician for further assistance may be beneficial.
My kodak easyshare m883 camera turns on lets me change the time and date then cuts out
Hi,
please ensure that the battery isn't past it's expiration date- even if it's not been used before, an expiration m. And please ensure that the sd card does not have more data stored than was built for the camera to handle. If so, please transfer some data off of the sd card and then attempt to set the date on your camera again.
Thank you.

The screen and pictures are black even in light
Hi,
Please make sure that your camera doesn't have a black cover or tax over the lends. This would block any images from being stored whenever you attempt to take a picture. In other words, the camera wouldn't be able "to see". If you can't find any cover, please check that you've properly inserted an SD card for the camera to use and then switch modes (ie action, night time etc) until you see the area that you're attempting to capture come on the camera screen. Otherwise, you might need to get the camera checked at a store like BH Photo and video.
Thank you.
