Factory reset it or go into settings accounts and delete the gmail account, and google account.

One of the following may be happening:

• You're not using the correct Google Account. Sign in with the Google Account you specified during the update process.
• You still need to update to a Google Account. Sign in with your DoubleClick username and password, or click the Update Now link to start updating your sign-in information.
• You're on the DoubleClick sign-in page instead of the Google sign-in page. Click theSign in with your Google Account link and enter your Google Account sign-in information on the page that appears.
• You're already signed in to another Google Account on this computer. You can be signed in to only one Google Account at a time. Sign out of the other Google Account, and try to sign in to your DoubleClick product again.
• In a few situations, you still need to use your legacy DoubleClick username and password.

need more info my friend how did you lock it and have got a google acc can get lock code that way other wise check your model out on a google search and look to see if has 3 button hard rest mode most android phones and tabs have this hope this helped ya

Have you called the company and asked? I hope no one answers "How do I get past the Password" posts because we never know if it is someone else's computer they are trying to get into.

Can you descibe the problem a little more please , , but tey this first , turn the device off , and restart your wireless service , and try again ?

I can tell you now that unless you paid for an extended warranty it will now be up. So unless you paid for a 5 year warranty you have no chance of it being fixed unless you pay someone to do it.

You plug the small plug of the USB cable (OTG) into the OTG socket. You plug the large USB plug into the charger. Plug the charger into the wall socket.

The first thing that comes to mind is that either the charger or the battery is faulty. You can check whether the battery is retaining its charge properly or if it drains out quickly. The Kocaso NB1016 specification states that it uses ... "Power Device Type:AC, DC can DC can car charger". So you can test whether it can be charged from a car battery. If so, then your charger is at fault. If all else fails you'll have to contact Kocaso support for a software/firmware upgrade.

If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet.
