Tried 0214 code for Dish Network remote. didn't

Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to assist you today and provide you with information that may be helpful to you. Where you trying to address the remote to the TV or a different device? With the *desired equipment* on, press and hold the *desired mode* mode button (about six seconds) on the top of the remote until all mode buttons light up, then release. Press 0-TV/1-VCR/DVD/2-Other, then press STAR Press the Up arrow button once per second while pointing the remote at the *equipment*. If the code for it comes up, the equipment power off. When it does, press the POUND button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light will flash three times. I have a KLH tv and and AT&T Uverse remote control. I see a red key on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. The screen is blue.How do I get that key off?I saw replies for people that have KL

I just had this issue and nothing worked! Then I pressed the "on demand" button on the ATT remote and the tv turned back on!! Hope that helps!

If it has a 3 prong plug, try a 3 prong adaptor - where only 2 prongs are plugged in. Sub's should not be grounded. If it still makes a hum noise, the amp circuitry may be compromised. No more likely the fuse would blow because of the diode! Fuses blow when there's an overload. These are general caused by semi-conductor device such as a transistor or diode that starts acting like it's just a piece of wire. Or as engineers call them short-circuits.
