In using Kirby portable cleaner the air blows the foam everywhere and not much on the object I am cleaning

you need to use the small round suds nozzel, this will create a fine foam, spray the foam into a basin, the use the upholstry brush to apply to the stairs or chair.

Kirby G4 was surging, then a flash of light and a pop from outlet!

the surge is caused by a faultering armture, might be caused by low carbons or sticking carbons, strip the motor down for inspection. Or take it to your local kirby service centre shop for clean and service and polish. price range from 39 to 59

How to repair the front left wheel and height adjustment assembly on a Kirby G10 vacuum cleaner

The wheels are held on by a screw behind the wheel guard, i suspect your height adjuster has come loose off the spline, this can be simply tapped back onto the axle

My kirby avalir vacuum won't blow up the bag fully

You either have a clog, a damaged fan, orsomething is wrong with the motor ( not as likely ) . Best thing to do is take it to your local vac shop for assessment.
