If the drive is not detecting at all then the controller chip inside has failed. This depends what model of your computer you use. Check the sides of a computer or the front. If not, get a SD card to Usb adapter and plug your SD card into the adapter that should be plugged into your computer!

Hi, Check to see if the drive works in another USB port or in another computer. This should tell you if the problem is with the drive or the computer or port you are using. What kind of computer are you using? Does it give any warnings when you plug the drive in?

you have to see in witch format is the stick mostly is FAT32 but normaly you dont need to format just when is some video on it,from my experience reinstal the drivers and i mean all.

run chkdsk x: /f where x is your usb mass storage letter

if u use Windows -> right clik on my computer -> manage-> and then disk managment-> find the disk and activate it, probably offline, do not click on format if there is data on it !

You might get best results ticking in one box the returning after it has finished then ticking the other box. It might take some time depending on the size of your disk but be patient.
