How do I disassemble a Kenwood KMix hand blender model HB894? Does anybody have some service manual? Any disassemble diagram?

There is a name plate, it is glued on so you need to prise it off. Underneath is a tab - press it along with the other two on the side and the motor assembly slides out.

Kenwood FDP64 blender part doesn't work. The switch under the blender isn't getting depressed for it to turn on when it is locked in place.

That usually happens when the jug is locked into the the wrong side of the base. With no blade and no jug, press a cocktail stick or a ball point pen into the hole in the base where the switch is and switch it on. Does it work? https://www.google.com/search?q=FDP64+blender ..

Replaced Capacitor and resistors motor running fine but cant keep the belt on keeps running off should rotation be clock or anti clock

Generally speaking, belt tracking issues are usually due to one or more of the shafts that support the pulleys not being perpendicular to each other - this applies to everything from treadmills to fan belts. Check and correct if possible: that the motor is securely mounted in the housing and that it is not installed crooked; and that the shafts aren't loose or have sloppy side to side movement. Belts should be tight - but not overly so.

Stick blender won't clip in

Look down into the implement socket on the handpiece and see if there is an obstruction. The rubber 'cap' from the end of the last implement used may still be stuck in there. If so the use a small hook to prise the cap out and re-attach to implement missing same. See picture. This was same problem I had with HB720 blender. stick-blender-clip-in-lhtxzlk5ziinlc0v54oobsid-2-0.jpg

I have kenwood multi pro500watt i lost manual book how get i one

You should be able to get one from Kenwood at http://www.kenwoodworld.com/en-za/customer-support - you will need the model number. Or go to http://www.manualslib.com/brand/kenwood/ where they seem to have them for KMC500 models (scroll down to food processors). Good luck!
