How can I fix the hinge on my Kenmore elite freezer door
Go to an online appliance parts store and enter your model number on the page. You should get at least one exploded parts diagram. Look at the section for the door - the pieces of the hinge mechanism are shown there. Identify the broken piece. The one I looked at (called a "door cam") was a bit over $5, but I didn't provide a link because I don't know what model you have.
The fun part is figuring out how to disassemble the door so you can change the part. There might be a YouTube video showing the procedure. I strongly suggest having someone help you by holding the door while you undo the fasteners. You may be able to disassemble the broken hinge and leave the other in place (check the parts on that one before you order in case that also needs a new piece), but you should still have a helper.

Door locks and F9 fault codes
The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.
Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.
Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

My Kenmore Washer won't complete a cycle. Instead the, "Add Garment" "Wash" and "Spin" lights come on
Try resetting it....
To force reset a Kenmore washing machine, you must turn off the power and allow any juice inside the circuits to clear out. This is called a power cycle. Turn the machine off and unplug it or turn off power at the circuit breaker > press and hold the "Start" or "Pause" button for 5 seconds > wait about 5 minutes for the electrical charge to clear out of the washer > power the washer up again.
