Is this an electric or gas range? We need to know the model number.

Generally oven burners are at maximum (preheat) until the thermostat temperature is reached and the thermostat begins to control the gas flow. As that isn't happening it would suggest the thermostat is either faulty or incorrectly fitted, though I must admit I am unfamiliar with ovens that either have or need a control board - I have found few domestic appliances actually benefit from the inclusion of electronics.

Not sure there are fuses. What is model #?

due to my area gas licence i cant get into how to fix unless you can provide a tssa# or gas licence# but power usually flows through high temp thermal cut out, to oven control or eoc then to ignitor then through gas valve to neutral gas valve is not a load if power has been hooked up direct it has blown TURN GAS AND POWER OFF WHILE SERVICING

it sounds like she may have changed the settings to celius maybe while cleaning check the use and care guide to set bak to fahrenheit 260c would be around 500f

You should check with your local authority about gas regs before attempting this. The manufacturer will have any kits available for this machine. It is most likely only a matter of changing the pilot and burner nozzles as the hole sizes will be different. You will also need to replace the data plate to show that the machine has been changed to a different working gas pressure

The "F11" fault code indicates a shorted button on the electronic oven control. This means the oven control board will likely need to be removed and replaced. You could disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If "F11" returns upon power-up, replace the electronic oven control board (EOC). but if i had your model number i could nail it right on the head with a fix...
