Suspect? and then replacing is an expensive way to fix. Diagnose, and replace the faulty parts. Firrst thing is disconnect and check the element for continuity as that is the main cause of 'no heat'. Then check the thermostat, second likely cause. Then check the switch. Only after that, think about relays. Relays can be tested. It is an electronic switch, a small amount of power goes in and electrically trips contacts to allow big amps to flow. Relays can be purchased from electronics suppliers. Easiest way is to call a Service Tech, they have the tools and the knowledge to test. We have the same issue. Good connectivity on the wiring, elements, etc. We cannot find a fuse anywhere. Sensor shows 1089 ohms. It was only heating to 166 degrees (according to the display), but now not heating at all. What was your fix? Also, where the heck is the thermal fuse??

Some variations of the model have time plus am and pm, some show military time. They aren't changeable. the 'C' in your model number shows it was made in Canada. This could be the sensor, the control board or other issues. The relays are almost never the issue.
