It may be a sensor. Don't replace a control center unless you have determined it's bad. The sensor has to be wired to the board controller. Usually smaller cable with 2 conductors. If it has an alarm then there may g e as many as 6 or 8 or more wires going to the board. Using your wire diagram Find the sensor for temp. Sometimes the ohm value is given on the wire diagrams. You will also need the temperature at the point the sensor is connected inside. Your ohm reading should be close to the temp given in a table or from the manufacturer. If it's close sensor ok. Take next step.

If freezer is only 32, it’s probably freon or compressor related problem and not the thermostat. Or possibly a defrost problem.

For bottom freezer 111 models: The control detects low refrigerant charge or a defective compressor. A refrigerator service technician will need to complete this repair because it involves the recovery and recharge of refrigerant (Freon).

youyr best bet would be to build a frame that the casters are welded to and there are no holes in the outer shell of the freezer. some L shaped angle would work nicely for this application and then there would be plenty of support for when the freezer is loaded up with product. Be sure that teo of the casters are lockable and two in the swivel freely.

most all appliances are designed to be in an ambient not to exceed 80 degrees. Units will function but not up to design specs and would really strain to work. Only commercial unit can survive in temps up to 95 degrees in the Southeast U.S. and this temp varies depending on your general location.

First question would be, is the compressor running? If yes, then there is a refrigeration issue. If no, then there is either a control issue or compressor component issue. I can only suggest, at this time, to try and trouble shoot your issue(s) via traditional procedures. In most all cases, a wiring diagram can get you thru most troubles.
