Big cities normally have an appliance spares outlet where you can an existing part and say "have you got something that looks like this."? The humming is indicative that the start / run capacitor on the pump motor has failed. The capacitor gives the motor a voltage bump to get it turning. I have a Kelvinator kd12mm1 dishwasher. The normal and eco lights were blinking. I have to change the thermostat sensor and need to reset the dishwasher.

It is not available anywhere. Did you check the back panel? They are often stuck on as a label somewhere. You could try them direct.
