Removing seat on Keeway 125
on the left side of the bike at the back there is where you can insert your key, put it in and turn, behind the key there is a lever pull it down and the seat will release, you need to pull up the seat at the same time.
good luck.
How do I remove the battery cover. My battery is
hi, if yout battery is dead kickstart the bike until it starts and then go and ride it for about 45minutes to an hour, this will put a good amount of electric into the battery. If the bike will not start then pull out the battery and place it on a flat surface, there should be a low and a high level, if it is below the low line take it to a local mechanic and either they will order you a new battery or depending on the type of battery they will add more fluid into it for a small fee.
good luck.
I need to know how to adjust the fuel ratio on my
check for a small brass screw on the carb. if it is on the filter side it is a air adjust screw, turn it out to lean out the carb. if it is on the intake side, it is a fuel adjust screw, screw it out to make it richer. the easiest way to adjust is to turn it slowly one way or another until you get the highest idle without touching the throttle, then adjust back down with the idle adjust screw.
Over revved then cut out
there is a possibility the valve timing has jumped a tooth or two.
a manual will help greatly, and explain it better than I can here in a few lines.
you will need to take the rocker cover off, and remove the small timing plug on the alternator cover, align the crank with its mark on TDC, check the valve clearances, if they both have clearance it is on top dead centre, if the valves are tight , rotate the engine one revolution.
The cam lobes will be pointing away from the lifters.
check the timing marks on the cam sprockets, there should be a small dot or arrow on each sprocket, align with the rocker gasket surfaces, if not it may have slipped. It may only be one tooth out as the bike still idles. This is general advise only, if you think it has slipped from these directions get the exact manual for the model and reset the timing to the book.
