from what you said it sounds like the problem is in the wiring.if they worked befor you rewired them i would recheck the wiring.

do you have voltage at your coil wires, have check res. of pulser coils?
05 750 brute force missing badly
Just had same problem. Take carbs off and clean all jets and bowl. Be carful front and rear carb have different sized jets. When you put quad back together put entire airbox together even the cover. This quad will backfire unless air box is complete. I bet you anything your carb is full of trash.
No spark
hi mate disconnect the cut out switch and try kicking it over if still no spark check connections are pushed together propally there buggers sometimes and push the plug to the cdi in also consider replacing spark plug and try the coil on a different bike and see if it works goood luck
2004 Kawasaki Prairie 700 wont start
Never mind guys, i figured it out, the valves actually tightened up and pushed them off their seat, no compression, so i got the feeler guages and fixed it, lots more power now:P thanks anyway.
No spark wont start
Hey i had a similar problem a liitle while ago on my yamaha,i disconnected the kill switch wire then i had spark(faulty kill switch)
