Any way you could try a filter that lets in more air? On some mowers, the long threaded bolt that holds the air filter on will actually go into the carb. Maybe it is too long?

more than likely needs a carb kit

bad ground be first guess

a lot of the over head valve engines run into this carbon build up on the valve stem will bend a push rod

0.10 ? 0.15 mm (0.004 ? 0.006 in.)

use a good quality 10w40 oil

have you tried a different spark plug? if not that then check the ignition coil supplying spark to the plug thats fouling

is this the electric clutch thats boted to the engines crank? if so you just need to remove the centre bolt and stabiliser bar and chatter spring if one fitted, remove the wiring from the clutch and it should just pull off.if its a bit stuck on the crank then try tapping it with a copper hammer

That's should be something I imagine is covered in your owners manual. Why not try going on their website and downloading the manual in pdf format so you can learn.

That should be covered in your manual. I'm not sure what a zero clearance mower is actually, are you assuming and making up a name for it?

use some sort of lube like silicone spray

Get a good size rubber mallet and hit it on the back side, or you can use a two pound hammer and a block if wood. Don't hit directly in the metal rim with a metal hammer

Could be several causes, BUT... failing bearings from not enough oil added to gas is the first thing that comes to mind..
