Why cant i find a kawasaki 21.6 drill battery
The drill might be brand engineered from a generic manufacturer and so a battery from the same drill under a different brand might fit and be available.
Strangely the charger seems to be available for generic stock more than replacement batteries.
If all else fails there are companies who will refurbish the battery of a cordless tool and make it better than it was when new if desired and ebay presents another possibility.
You could of course repair or refurbish the battery yourself. The various types of cell are available from Amazon and ebay as well as specialist suppliers (some with solder tags that don't need welding) and youtube has plenty of helpful how to videos.

Battery will not hold charge
This is an indication of memory in a battery or failing battery in the pack. Batteries should be run until they are flat then recharged and never recharged when they are part charged as they develop a memory of that charge point that the charger cannot overcome and will not charge past. If the battery in a pack has failed then there are battery re-acker shops that can replace batteries in a pack cheaper than a new battery unit and most probably with better batteries.

Kawasaki 19.2 cordless drill
Re: Burned trigger switch: call the number on the drill (800.590.3723) and tell them what happened. They will offer to send you a new switch or have you send the drill in for replacement of the switch--although the person I talked with said they would probably just replace the whole drill.
The drill "runs" without any
Try tapping on the sides of the drill to see if that fixes your problem. If not then you might try to get ahold of Kawasaki and see if theres anything they can do under warranty.
Where can I get a
Call the service # and they will send you a new drill, mine had a burn mark right through the switch and with the model # they replaced it mine was a21.6 they are having troubles with the triggers i pulled mine a part and when i put a battery in it it would run continuous , the number should be on the drill1-800 590-3723
Need a battery charger for the 21.6 volt battery
It will work if it is of the same charger/receiver style. The only issue is that you will only be charging to 19 volts and not 21.6, I would estimate by doing some simple math that you would lose about 6-8% of the batteries capacity but you would be able to use it.
