If twisting, pulling, and pushing are not working, then you may need to use some pliers to help loosen up the connection. You could also try wrapping the connection with a cloth or rag and applying pressure with a pair of pliers. If that still doesn't work, you may need to cut the connection and replace it with a new one.
Blocked hose: Check the hose for any blockages or kinks that may be preventing air flow. If the hose is blocked, clear it out and try the vacuum again.
Damaged impeller: The impeller is the component of the vacuum that creates the suction. If it's damaged or worn, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the impeller.
Damaged motor: If the motor is not functioning properly, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the motor.
Clogged or worn out turbine: The turbine is responsible for moving air through the vacuum. If it's clogged or worn out, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the turbine.
Broken or disconnected hose connection: Check the connections between the hose and the vacuum to make sure they are secure and not broken.
Faulty switch: If the switch that turns the vacuum on and off is faulty, it may not be allowing the vacuum to run. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the switch.
It sounds like you are having some issues with your Karcher Puzzi 10/1 carpet and upholstery cleaning machine. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Make sure that the hose is securely attached to the machine and that there are no kinks or blockages in the hose.
Check the filter to make sure it is clean and not clogged. If the filter is dirty or clogged, it can reduce suction power.
Check the solution tank to make sure it is properly seated and sealed. If the solution tank is not seated correctly, it can cause problems with suction.
Make sure that the machine is turned on and that the switch is set to the "suction" mode.
If the problem persists, you may need to take the machine to a Karcher service center for further diagnosis and repair.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
The motor has a fan on the top to cool it off and it is usually pressed on the shaft, they can come loose. The impellor on the motor may have come loose, there may be something stuck in the impellor area. Some of the motors have pressed on parts and cannot be repaired.
Hi there, if it's anything like my WV50 - which we use for the shower - you'll find that it clogs up after some time and needs to be cleaned out. I've created a video that shows you how to open the head of the unit and clean out any obstructions.
In our case as we use it for the shower, it tends to get clogged with hair, shampoo and conditioner. You may well find that as you use yours for floors that there is also a similar problem.
All the best and I hope the video helps.
Because the switch is broken and stuck in the "on" position. Until you fix it all you can do is plug it in and out for operation. If you are handy you can take the switch out, make the repair of the broken part, and reuse.
They wanted 35 dollars for the switch on my Karcher power washer. Yeah, right!
You need a new battery. I could describe how to rebuild the old one if you are so inclined to do that type of thing. It would save you some money over buying a new one. It looks like it is a specialized piece of cleaning equipment and buying a replacement battery would be fairly expensive.
Short circuit inside machine. In a device typically resulting from the unintended contact of components and consequent accidental diversion of the current.
Precision measurement of lubricant is completely unnecessary. Simply apply a sufficient amount of lubricant to all parts to partially saturate all pivots and bearings without applying so much as to make a mess.
