if this is a new clutch kit that has been put in then it is more than likely that the clutch plate has been install incorrectly and the hub is hitting on the flywheel bolts If it not a new kit then the clutch system is at fault hydraulic or cable

AC motors don't have brushes. They use a process to change phase (with the capacitor) to get opposing forces on the coils. This causes the magnet field to turn the motor. Without knowing what the motor make and model is and the color of the wires, I cannot say about meter readings. Change the capacitor IF THE MOTOR is humming and getting hot but not spinning.

get the pump rebuilt,it sounds like an o ring problem,why is it their problem??why are you so special?the warranty is the same for everyone,you shouldve had it serviced before the date that the warranty was done so that any parts or labor they wouldve paid for

You need a new battery. I could describe how to rebuild the old one if you are so inclined to do that type of thing. It would save you some money over buying a new one. It looks like it is a specialized piece of cleaning equipment and buying a replacement battery would be fairly expensive.

If the unit has seen a few tens of hours of work, it may be the brushes. My unit was going fine, then for a minute or 2, it was like someone was winding the inlet power down then back up. Then it stopped and would not start. I replaced the brushes and it now runs as it did. Several 10's of hours old, but not ready for the scrap pile yet.

There are no parts specially available but you can find the bearings aftermarket by matching the number on them.

Regarding this model, I am not that informed. But similar machines, it is an indication of water softener warning lights. If it is a fuel problem and machine is full of fuel, then the fuel level sender, is faulty. Regards, MG.

to get detergent into the wash you have to have no pressure in the wand it doesn't wash with detergent at pressure

sorry to say you need a new power washer it would cost you to much to just replace the pump
