Karcher K2 Compact - Motor permanently running/no pressure
It sounds like there may be a potential issue with the pressure build-up mechanism in your Karcher K2 compact. The constant motor running without water pressure could indicate a problem with the pump or the pressure switch. I would recommend checking the following:
1. Check the inlet filter: Ensure that the inlet filter is clean and free from any debris or blockages. A clogged filter can restrict water flow and affect pressure.
2. Inspect the nozzle: Make sure the nozzle is not obstructed or damaged. A blocked or damaged nozzle can restrict water flow and affect pressure as well.
3. Check the pressure switch: The pressure switch is responsible for regulating the motor and water flow. It's possible that the switch is faulty or not functioning correctly. Consider contacting Karcher customer support or a professional technician for assistance with checking and possibly replacing the pressure switch.
4. Examine the pump: There might be an issue with the pump itself. It could be worn out, clogged, or experiencing other internal problems. In such cases, it's best to reach out to Karcher customer support or a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair.
Remember to always follow safety precautions and consult the user manual provided by Karcher for specific troubleshooting steps and guidelines.
Karcher k5 full control- cannot remove hose from power washer
If twisting, pulling, and pushing are not working, then you may need to use some pliers to help loosen up the connection. You could also try wrapping the connection with a cloth or rag and applying pressure with a pair of pliers. If that still doesn't work, you may need to cut the connection and replace it with a new one.
Karcher W5 premium wet/ dry no suction but no blockage and filters are clean
- Blocked hose: Check the hose for any blockages or kinks that may be preventing air flow. If the hose is blocked, clear it out and try the vacuum again.
- Damaged impeller: The impeller is the component of the vacuum that creates the suction. If it's damaged or worn, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the impeller.
- Damaged motor: If the motor is not functioning properly, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the motor.
- Clogged or worn out turbine: The turbine is responsible for moving air through the vacuum. If it's clogged or worn out, it may not be able to generate enough suction. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the turbine.
- Broken or disconnected hose connection: Check the connections between the hose and the vacuum to make sure they are secure and not broken.
- Faulty switch: If the switch that turns the vacuum on and off is faulty, it may not be allowing the vacuum to run. If this is the case, you'll need to replace the switch.
Karcher puzzi 10/1 carpet & upholstery cleaning maching not working in suction mode.
It sounds like you are having some issues with your Karcher Puzzi 10/1 carpet and upholstery cleaning machine. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Make sure that the hose is securely attached to the machine and that there are no kinks or blockages in the hose.
- Check the filter to make sure it is clean and not clogged. If the filter is dirty or clogged, it can reduce suction power.
- Check the solution tank to make sure it is properly seated and sealed. If the solution tank is not seated correctly, it can cause problems with suction.
- Make sure that the machine is turned on and that the switch is set to the "suction" mode.
- If the problem persists, you may need to take the machine to a Karcher service center for further diagnosis and repair.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Electric Pressure Washer Wont Turn On
I had the same problem. I removed the spray part of the spray gun so I was on soap setting and I had water but when I reconnected the spray wand same thing.
* I turned out to be a little bit of grit was in the nozzle. I cleaned out the grit and my spray cleaner worked without a problem.
