if the phone is not dead the factory reset code is *#8929#
If the phone is dead, you have to use alternative compter softwares eg. Volcano Tool v2.3.9

Karbon k9 not supporting mp4 why ?
Its specifications states that MP4 is not supported on this phone.
However there is a workaround for this problem. You could download any MP4 players available on Google Play store which is compatible with your phone n you shud b good to go.
