When you say you have been banned to never land what signs have you seen to show this? Have you been sent a message to this effect? If you have simply send an E-mail to the administrator stating your problem and they will send you ? reply stating the problem with your account and possible ways of resolving it.
Although the most common reason for blocking players is the use of illegal credit cards if you have then don't bother writing to the administrator.

I think what you should do is to verfy if you have login to TEXAS POKER before in a different computer because that triggers the issue.
If not, you may clear some cache on your browser.
here are the steps:
