There are default passwords for Kalatel units like yours. If you know for sure that no one has changed the default passwords you can try these two. You do not need to enter a user name with these passwords. The password "3477" should allow you to access your unit as the administrator. Should that fail you can try the password "8111", although, if it works, it will reset your unit back to factory defaults. This means that any customization you have done to your DVR will be lost.

Do you know the ip address of the dvr?
Are you trying to connect through a router if so is it wireless?
If wireless have you done the necessary port forwarding?
