Try going back to the store you purchased it from, and with the receipt. Another solution could be asking the company for a manual. They should have their name and information somewhere on the product.

Your best bet is to try to pull out the unique parts (motors, weird looking pieces, etc.) If you can find and describe any of those, then check http://knex.com/ to try to find the correct model.
