Either there is issue with the Sensor or the Thermoblock. you'll have to replace either of these.

Sound's like you have a crack somewhere in the tray, You could try locating it and sealing it.

small float in tank stuck in down position. remove tank and clean with hot water. rinse the give a good shake you will hear float rattle in tank

descale unit as per user book. this will increase steam pressure and thus milk temp.

The "sensor" is most likely a micro-switch. When the tray is in it actuates the switch and closes a circuit indicating to the controller that the tray is in place. Sorry to tell you this but it will have to be disassembled to replace the switch if it has failed as the micro-switches are usually sealed items that are not normally cleaned.

Hi all, I have the exactly same problem on my Gaggenau CM470 however the drip tray is clean and the contacts in the back is also 100% clean.. I wonder if its possible to disable the sensor/switch on a CM470 ?

On the A1 there is a sensor on the bottom edge of the panel showing the help phone numbers. On other models it may be located behind where the trip tray would be inserted. The sensor detects the presence of the grounds container. Take a paper clip and push up inside the notch holding the sensor. Do this with the machine on. The flap will be withdrawn and everything will fit back in.

You can check the water valve, it may become clogged. But you should not disassemble machine if you are not specialist. Contact Jura service center if your machine still under warranty.

Error 1 is a defect in the steam heating unit.Possible solutions:Thermal sensor is defective -replace.Cable to the thermal is broken or contact pins are corroded - replace, repair.Heating or thermal cut-out are defective - measure and replace parts if required.Triac on the power board is defective. The heater heats up triggering the overtemperature protection - Replace the overtempereature protection (thermal cut out) and the power board or the single triac.

It could be a setting that casues this instant brew function that accidently got set. Look at the user manual?

The milk tubes should be submersed into water with a milk cleaning agent. sounds like you've left the milk tubes drawing from the fridge with milk in it.Bean to cup cleaning

Not the best solution, but you could unplug it before you put the water in. Also, maybe check the user guide and make sure you haven't accidentally change the way it brews. There may be an "Instant" brew setting you didn't realized got set.
